また、私どもの対応が遅れたことにより、関係者の皆様や応援してくださっているファンの皆様に多大なるご迷惑とご心配をおかけし、さらには混乱や不信を招く結果となってしまいましたことについても、重ねて深くお詫び申し上げます。
今回の事態を極めて重大かつ深刻なものと受け止め、Crossfaithは当面の間、活動休止させていただく決断をいたしました。それに伴い、予定しておりました全ての公演につきましても、出演を中止とさせていただく運びとなりました。
なお、「Crossfaith JAPAN TOUR 2025 – Paint The Target -」各公演のチケットをご購入いただきましたお客様には、払い戻しをさせていただきます。払い戻し方法の詳細につきましては、後日改めてご案内申し上げます。
このたびの件でご迷惑、ご心配をおかけしたすべての皆様に、改めて心よりお詫び申し上げます。

We hereby express our deepest apologies to the minor who was subjected to inappropriate communication via direct messages from our former member Daiki, as well as to her family.
Furthermore, we offer our profound apologies for the considerable concern and inconvenience caused to all those involved and to our supporters, due to the delay in our response. We deeply regret that this has resulted in confusion and a loss of trust.
In view of the extreme gravity and seriousness of this situation, Crossfaith has made the decision to suspend all activities for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, all scheduled performances will be cancelled.
We would like to inform all customers who purchased tickets for Crossfaith JAPAN TOUR 2025 – Paint The Target – that full refunds will be issued. Details regarding the refund procedures will be announced at a later date. We kindly ask for your patience until further information is provided.
